"but whenever you see the bow withdrawn, it shall be a token that there shall be famine,

pestilence and great distress among the nations, and that the coming of the Messiah is not far distant".

About the Author

Frank M. Keele is a resident of Payson, Utah. He is a father of five and grandfather with thirteen grand children. He has worked as a cabinet maker and counter top installer for over 35 years. He served a full time mission and has actively served in various stake and ward callings. He views himself as a run of the mill, active Latter Day Saint.

If you ask Frank what qualifications he has for writing a book on prophecy he will likely respond with, "Well, I'm a least Saint".  What does being a "least saint" have to do with being qualified to write about prophecy? The answer to that question is contained in a quote from the Prophet Joseph Smith, wherein he said:

"God hath not revealed anything to Joseph, but what He will make known unto the Twelve, and even the least Saint may know all things as fast as he is able to bear them."

He might also tell you that "the Lord doesn't care much about our titles or positions, he is no respecter of persons. If we are willing to put forth the effort, the Lord will lead us along, line upon line and precept upon precept. In the Lord's university, all have equal opportunity for learning. That learning comes as we come to understand the process of personal revelation".
